A man out riding (as opposed to out-standing) in his field, Charlie Townes takes a few of his daughters for a spin in the opposite direction of the sugar bush at Hillcroft Farm.
Late winter 2019, Tony Cantin became the new Caretaker, Christmas Tree Trimmer, and Syrup Master of Hillcroft Farm. Through the winter and into the spring of 2019, Tony worked alongside Charles Peak to learn the craft, and made over 70 gallons of delicious syrup together. 2020 will be Tony's first season working the syrup operation independently, but he is very excited to put everything he learned from Charlie to good use, and make some delicious syrup for you all to enjoy!
